Parking Ticket
2004

I found a car parked on double-yellow lines, and filmed it in secret. Before long, a traffic warden arrived and put a penalty notice on the car. When he was gone, I ran out to the car and placed a cheque in the packet together with the ticket for the correct amount to cover the fine. It had my email address on the back, incase the driver wanted to get in touch.

I carried on filming the car until the driver came back. He found the cheque, and emailed me immediately from his phone asking why I'd put the cheque on his car. I texted back to say that it was to pay for his ticket.

Later in the week the cheque was cashed.
