I rounded up a handful of friends, and organised for us to meet flash-mob style at a given location in Liverpool City Centre, everyone arriving in ones and twos. On cue, everyone burst into spontaneous applause, cheering on the Saturday shoppers.
Co-incidentaly Billie Piper was doing a book-signing in the Waterstones opposite, and between us we managed to cause pedestrian gridlock and plenty of laughs.
